Pretty Snake is designed by artist, fashion and textile designer Joseph Aaron Segal. As a textile designer, Joe creates all the prints, knits and textiles exclusively for Pretty Snake. You may recognize Joe from being a contestant on Project Runway Season 11, but you may have also seen his work without even knowing it. He creates knits for fellow designers, musicians, tv series and movies. Most recently Joe designed and knitted a sweater for Captain Picard in Star Trek: Picard season 2. When Joe is not designing and managing Pretty Snake, he teaches textile design at Rhode Island School of Design.

All of our products are designed and many are made in our office and studio in Providence, Rhode Island, USA.
