Want to Host an Event at 50 Sims? Great! Tell us more :)

Think S.P.A.C.E. If any of the following are true, you’ll need to fill out this form and get event approval.

  • The event is in a public or semi-public space (Tingley St., Loading Dock, The Pad, Hallways, Outdoors, etc)

  • The event is being promoted to the public (mailers, social, creator forums, website, flyers, etc)

  • You are planning on serving alcohol

  • You are working with partners or vendors providing a Certificate of Insurance (COI)

  • Your number of event-goers is above 15 (At a peak time or moment; different from normal day to day business operation)

And for Private Events…

If you are hosting intimate gatherings contained to your own space, we still appreciate a heads up. Why?

  • General safety and security

  • So we have enough TP stocked

Timelines

It is recommended you place requests 60+ days in advance to ensure time for review. We’ll do our best to accommodate shorter-notice opportunities.

You’ll be contacted by the 50 Sims Events team within 2-business days of filling out the request form; a meeting or call will be scheduled to review. Based on the details, your event will either be approved on the spot or follow up discussions will be planned.
