Tools-n-Rules (Future)

The process:

  1. As a tenant, you’ll run any and all public or group events by Scout. Start with the form here.

  2. Scout will review, place a hold on space(s) as needed, and follow up ASAP (usually 2 business days) to discuss.

  3. We’ll talk with you, iron out details, and likely move from HOLD to APPROVED pretty quickly.

  4. From here, you’ll sail your own ship. If we can be helpful with social media, great!

Trust the process:

  1. For reasons of safety, security, maintenance, we’d like to give a quick sign-off on anything that’s more than a meeting or studio visit.

  2. Imagine a busy day. A performance in the Loading Dock, poetry in Tingley Street, a retail sale, and more. A good overview tells us know much toilet paper to stock (Really).

  3. We know about insurance, permits, occupancy rules, and all that fun stuff.
